PAYMENT
Ugo Vasare offers the following payment methods: American Express, MasterCard, VISA, Discover and Paypal. We use a certified encryption technology to protect your data from unauthorized access by third parties. You will not actually be charged until the goods have been shipped. Please check your order information to avoid delays. The security code for MasterCard and VISA is the last three-digits of the signature field on the back of the credit card. The security code for American Express is the four-digit security code located on the front of the card to the right and above the imprinted card number.
ORDERS
Ugo Vasare online store is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please note that we cannot accept orders via email, letter, phone or fax. Once you have decided to purchase one of our products, you may add it to your shopping cart by clicking on "Add to Cart". To order the selected products, click on "Continue" and follow our step-by-step order process. Next steps will be to provide your personal information and then to select the delivery and payment method. You have the option of shipping directly to the billing address or to an alternate shipping address. The invoice is enclosed with your delivery, and is not sent separately. The last step provides you with an overview of your order and allows you to check and amend any of the information that you have provided. The order will not be placed unless you click on the "Order Now" button. Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. Please note that this email only confirms receipt of your order. Once your order has been accepted and processed, you will receive an email containing the tracking number, which will allow you to track the status of the delivery online. Should you not receive your order within 7 business days following the shipment confirmation email, please contact Customer Service.

PROMOTION CODES
Promotion codes and discounts can be used when you order Ugo Vasare products online. Please note that conditions may apply to the codes and discounts. Unless otherwise specified, the following terms apply to all associated with promotion codes on ugovasare.com: Discounts are only valid online at ugovasare.com. Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional offer. Discounts cannot be redeemed for cash equivalent, applied to past purchase, used as payment on an account, or be used for purchasing gift cards. All returns are subject to the Return/Exchange Policy.
SHIPPING
Ugo Vasare ships orders to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, via UPS only, Monday thru Friday. We offer two different choices for your convenience: UPS Ground (Free), UPS 2 Days Air and Overnight. You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us when your item ships. In that email you will receive a UPS tracking number that will allow you to track your order's progress via the UPS Online tools available at www.UPS.com.
RETURN
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return your shoes for a full refund within 30 days of the original shipping date. The returned shoes must be in unworn, new condition and in the original packaging. We accept returns from products purchased at our online store only. We do not accept returns on items purchased at one of our retail partner stores. Please Email your return request with your Order Number to cs@ugovasare.com. Return shipping is at your expense. We will notify you via email once your returned items have been received and inspected by our warehouse. If the items meet the return criteria specified above, your credit card will be refunded within 7 business days of receipt.
